Super ENZYMES Busts Cysts & Restore Blood Health!

This newsletter is all about enzymes, because as some of you may know enzyme research is going on everywhere for use against cancer and all sorts of autoimmune issues. In this newsletter I’ll break down food enzymes, VS ones you take for your blood health and lot of good information about people who are suffering from heart conditions.

A lot of people are familiar with Natto, a powdered form of fermented soy and are already taking digestive enzymes to digest foods better ( the typical ones like Amalayse, Protease, etc). I think you’re already ahead of the game, if you’re doing so.

One of the most interesting finds I had while recovering from Lyme disease was the use of a soy based enzyme that is in juice form. The patients of this “mountain doc” I was going to see called it Bob Juice and I heard all types of people rave about it, particularly those with chronic illness and those who already had serious heart issues. These are people who had already had stents put in, or strokes and/or heart attacks. My own amazement was watching it “cure” me of anemia in about three weeks. I can’t technically write the word cure, but you can decide for yourself once you try it. I felt the difference and I saw the proof of the difference…keep reading.

I almost dropped dead in college due to training/racing and becoming anemic in the process. My college sports doctor was careless in this matter. He was too busy prescribing Vioxx to EVERYONE who had an ache or pain to worry about anemic runners (and other anemic athletes, usually females). I don’t believe I was the only one on the team to have a problem with it either. So previously, I had taken loads of different types iron supplements, only to get constipated and anyone who has had anemia knows that it takes a long time to rebuild the storage levels so that you can start feeling normal again. It ruined me for an entire year after I found out how bad it was.

I’ve written newsletters about getting your iron checked. It doesn’t matter whether you are male or female, because it’s that important. I was able to visually see the changes in my blood under a microscope within a three week period and the results blew my mind.

This first picture is a good representation of what I was seeing using a dark field microscope. The “halo” cells are ghost cells. They are anemic cells, which basically are degenerating or fragmented erythrocyte with no hemoglobin. My ghost cells literally outnumbered the healthy ones, which was one of the reasons why I was so constantly fatigued. How can you even begin to fight Lyme, when your cells look like this? The answer is You can’t.

Well, I was sent home with this “boot leg” mixture, which was basically a very potent enzyme and mixed in was a nano form of iron. The enzyme was helping me absorb the iron rapidly, as I had tried “nano” forms before. I had luck before, but nothing like this.

Three weeks later I went back to see him and he took a look at my cells, as I knew I was feeling much better. ALL of the ghost cells were totally gone. But it wasn’t just my ghost cells, my blood sample just looked so much better.

Below are two more pictures with descriptions on them. When people are sick, their blood typically has one or more of these “oddities.” Over time in our society and with our way of life and with all of us aging every day, you are going to see more and more of this, but it still doesn’t make it acceptable. Some of these conditions kill people and these pictures below represent a very common look to many people’s blood ESPECIALLY, if you’re ill.

Heart Disease- Coronary Culprit

Even if you aren’t worried about having a heart attack, read this:

There are a lot of different views on exactly how a heart attack actually starts. The current research on how this happens is first there is the accumulation of plaque until a blockage starts to form. Then the clot forms and gets caught in the plaque, and that cuts off the blood to the heart and quickly the heart stops: standard cardiac arrest caused by blood clot in the arteries that feed the heart. The name is called coronary thrombosis.

Instead of just waiting for this to happen, getting stents put in, etc. I believe, with many other doctors, that being proactive not only is going to save lives but also is going to help each individual restore their quality of life. You can’t feel good when you have all of the above blood health issues. Physicians should start looking at the blood and “cleaning it up.” Over time our arteries get inflamed because of irritation and injury and then they try to heal themselves up. Fibrin and/ or Plaque is the result. Look back up at those pictures and see the blood in a hypercoagulable state. Cholesterol is not the major reason. It’s probably more like a secondary reason!

So with heart disease and also autoimmune disease, you have a very similar correlation. It is STOPPING INFLAMMATION and CLEANING UP THE BLOOD.

And as I have said before, with autoimmune diseases each person who finds themselves with Lyme has a lot of other viruses, bacteria, pathogens of different natures and they ALL cause inflammation in the blood, so it speeds up this process of fibrin accumulating even as the lining of our arteries/veins try to heal themselves. Inflammation can also be caused by metabolism issues. That’s why I’ll go into digestive enzymes next.

… For all you TICK SLAYERS, fibrin HIDES microorganisms from the immune system.

Because of the hypercoagulability due to infections, metals, etc., our blood is quick to clot. It can create an a huge clot and it can break loose in the current of blood flow. These are the clots that kill people who seem to be totally healthy; even those who don’t have cholesterol issues!

I personally don’t think statins or aspirin have to be taken. Both can give you side effects. I remember my grandfather was taking about 15 of those a day by the time he was 75 and it wasn’t pretty. He was in PAIN all the time! It’s reported that NSAIDS kill around 20,000 people each year. I won’t go into the other type of medicine issues. I understand emergency situations plenty, but my newsletter is about preventing and recovering with easy solutions; ones that won’t cause side effects. Anytime you have a side effect, you should be worried, because the symptoms of side effects are VERY telling.

So what’s the hottest thing for all of the above issues that I’ve just written about? It’s the fermented enzyme juice, which is a total enzyme solution for blood health. There are a lot of different enzymes, but hands down this is the best!

Part of the fight with Lyme is getting that very evenly spaced, oxygenated blood, that microrganisms CANNOT hide in, this is what this juice does.

Fermented Soy Juice To The RESCUE!

Saccharides and enzymes help cells communicate to each other. The product I took was made totally from soy. Yes, I’ve warned people about soy; however, taking fermented soy is okay. The soy has already gone through the process of being digested (much like human digestion) and is made into nutrients through a proprietary process. The sweetener that comes from this process is much like colostrom found in mother’s milk. There is actually NO SOY matter left over.

It helps protein molecules split, helping body’s digestion- undigested matter gets “eaten” up

It increases oxygen levels and protects you from free radicals because it raises your PH levels to more alkaline

It helps you preserve your body’s own antioxidants to be used elsewhere other than the digestive process

It provides energy directly to cells by enhancing your body’s own electromagnetic fields

Because it’s a phytonutrient, it will help mediate the communication that goes on in the trillions of cells in your body, where as poor phytonutrient molecules can result in defective cell messages and can cause immune issues. There are hundreds of examples of specific diseases/health ailments due to phytonutrient problems.

Why is this important? Because enzymes are responsible for nearly every bodily function.

If you are reading this newsletter today, consider yourself lucky and very informed!

My long lost enzymes were just recently rediscovered (literally last month), and I’m continuing on with them as my health maintenance protocol.

There are several things you can do with these enzymes.

You can take them straight up each day (I would do so about the same time I took my supplements).

I would mix them with high quality aloe!

I would even mix them with some of these super juice produces like Acai, etc.

I would put my mineral drops into my daily serving of the enzymes.

If I knew what my specific deficiency was in other types of minerals (such as Iodine, Iron, Calcium, Selenium, etc.), I would mix a liquid form of this into my enzymes.

I would mix them with my nano silver to make my silver work HARDER and actually get into my cells to be ultra effective against viruses (a newsletter in the future will be about using silver properly).

I would go get a blood test and see the difference of a BEFORE and AFTER, although I’m sure many people will notice a great effect fairly rapidly, but it’s always nice to see the proof! You can either have your doctor give you a standard blood panel and do one again in a few months on the enzymes OR you can view a live blood cell analysis under a microscope and many NDs offer this as a service.

To purchase this “Bob Juice” and to get a good discount, go here: Metabolic Enzymes

**There is up to a $32 dollar discount on Enzymes, so test them out while it’s on sale.

My next newsletter will be about digestive enzymes that I was unable to squeeze that into this newsletter. I believe giving info in smaller amounts makes it easy to digest so that you can take action and apply this to your particular situation.

This morning I spent some time learning about space. I have to admit that I’m totally fascinated by the universe. Even when I was so ill I was thinking constantly about my place in the universe. When I was a child growing up, I wanted to be an astronaut for the longest time.

You’re probably wondering what this has to do with Lyme. Actually it has a lot to do with it, since part of the healing process is the understanding of how EVERYTHING is connected. Our bodies are like self contained galaxies trying to equalize themselves, no matter what kind of outside force is present. Our minds are part of it. Our biological terrain is part of it. Our organs (inside and out) are part of it. All of this can be manipulated to near perfection.

“Known Universe” on National Geographic and “Planet Earth” on Discovery Channel are two shows that shouldn’t be missed. I don’t care whether you are into science or not. If you’re sick it’s a good idea to watch these shows. They are both inspiring on several levels. “Planet Earth” explores how life is always burdened and how life always manages to continue on and even flourish under the worst conditions. (Hint, hint.)

It all comes down to….where there is a WILL, there is a WAY. There are always answers out there, some better than others, of course. I sometimes get tired of people believing Lyme is so impossible to overcome. I had full blown Lyme Disease and I was a hair short of making the 2004 Olympic Team (just out of college) in what’s considered the hardest event in track and field, the 800m.

Sure, there were tell-tell signs. At the time I had no idea what was really going on and chalked it up to training hard. But I desired to race and compete and my body followed suit.

Sometimes to get healthy you have to ignite the drive to be healthy. My drive is simple. I want the World Records for my events. Having such a goal leads me in no other direction but UP. With what I do these days as far as taking care of myself, my lifestyle changes and how I dealt with Lyme Disease, I’m pretty confident about my goals.

It’s sometimes not good enough to just say “I want to feel good.” It’s too vague for a goal. Lofty goals are not bad and never let anyone make you think your goal is ridiculous. If you used to be able to ride your bike everyday, well now is the time to think about the goal being to compete in cycling. Maybe it’s a road bike race? Maybe it’s a mountain bike race? Shoot for something you haven’t done in years or something you avidly did when you were younger.

When I lived in Tucson, Arizona I hung out with a guy who had Cerebral Palsy. This guy bikes 100 miles every day in the desert on a road bike. He told me once that if he didn’t bike then his limbs will literally tie up in knots and be unusable. Is it hard for him to get started each morning? You bet. It’s a long hard process, but once he’s riding he breaks free from his torture. He’s prolonging his life and keeping the disease from conquering him.

Luckily with Lyme Disease, you don’t have to live with it FOREVER.

Let Food Be Thy Medicine (continued)

If you didn’t get the first newsletter on making your diet help you combat Lyme, please go here.

http://beatlymedisease.blogspot.com/2009/07/let-food-be-thy-lyme-disease-medicine.html

There are some people who believe that food alone can help you cure any type of disease.

It’s surprising that so many people think they eat healthy and really they don’t. That’s why it’s essential for Lymies to do a diet makeover to get well.

Apart from the obvious, like eating out (which more often than not you’re eating some type of processed food), it’s important to control as much as you can when it comes to what you consume. Those who heed this advice will see results.

Luckily, I didn’t have to do a hard diet makeover when I became ill. I was already consuming organic proteins, eating plenty of legumes, lentils, high quality rice, quinoa (a South American grain full of protein and complex carbohydrates), and organic vegetables. I stayed away from the “dirty dozen” (those fruits and vegetables that should be purchased organic as they contain the highest amounts of pesticides): Bell Peppers, Celery, Potatoes, Spinach, Apples, Cherries, Grapes, Nectarines, Peaches, Pears, Raspberries and Strawberries. The bottom of my food pyramid was WATER (clean, oxygenated, spring water) and not grains.

I already knew what my food allergies were. Basically I’m gluten intolerant. That’s an allergy that made me fairly sick all through college before it was diagnosed. But by knowing this ahead of time, it wasn’t adding to the problem by the time Lyme came around.

Getting enough protein is essential…especially from different sources. If you can’t eat enough protein, you can at least get some from making a shake with protein mix. My favorite is Pea and Rice protein because it’s a complete protein and Whey protein is not always tolerated by some people. I don’t have a milk allergy, but Whey sometimes makes me feel sick and it does so for many people.

The debate is on going about Soy Protein, but I personally hate Soy. Not only is most of it genetically modified, but another thing to be scared about: see http://www.saynotogmos.org/ but by adding soy to your diet you risk damage to the thyroid, reproductive disorders, immune system breakdowns and other issues.

It’s touted as “healthy” but it wasn’t even considered a real food until just recently. Fermented Soy can be beneficial (think tempeh, Natto, a great enzyme for breaking down Fibrinogen, and Miso). The importance of grains is paramount. Grains not only provide complex carbohydrates, BUT they help absorb toxins in the gut and digestive system.

Getting Enough Fats?

Quickly let me explain that fats are not all bad. Everyone is so worried about bad fats that many people, when they do indulge themselves in fatty foods, it’s usually the wrong kind of fats. No natural fats are intrinsically good or bad, it’s the proportions that matter. Food processing is always the culprit.

Those who have bad inflammation usually have a terrible imbalance of their Fatty Acids.

When they are imbalanced inflammation can run amuck.

Good way to tell if your fatty acids are imbalanced? Look at the bottom of your feet. Are your feet dry and cracking? If so, you probably have an imbalance.

Another good way to tell is if you take aspirin and it reduces your inflammation, it means you have an imbalance of fats. (*Taking aspirin and other NSAIDs can destroy joint cartilage, cause liver and kidney damage, cause headaches, skin rashes and ringing in the ears. It can also interfere with sleep patterns and make changes in body temperature.)

Vo2 Max is a measurement for athletes as to how good their oxygen uptake is. It increases by an easy 20% when athletes consume more fats in their diets. Fats = energy.

If you’re worried about cholesterol, just know that impairment of the liver is a big reason why cholesterol runs wild in some people, it’s simply because their liver is not breaking it down. Many natural fats actually balance cholesterol.

Stay away from processed fats like hydrogenated fats and pump up your intake of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. Think Flax seed oil, Borage oil, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil and foods like nuts which contain these acids.

For one of the ultimate “oil experiences” I suggest this Aloe Oil because it’s has the perfect balance and is a rare product that does some pretty wondrous things for many individuals whether it’s digestive issues or inflammation issues. This aloe juice contains complete fatty acids.

***In full disclosure of “Fats” I should say I’m a big consumer of RAW WHOLE MILK (hormone free, of course) and other dairy products that are WHOLE and not reduced or overly processed in any way. What this means is that I’m satisfied. I don’t go running around making bad late night choices and eating junk because I’ve been denying myself fats (of the saturated or unsaturated dairy kinds). If you did the same you might be surprised to see yourself actually lose a few pounds.

……to be continued.
