Japanese Nuke Fallout- Things To Do At Home

Well, it’s been exciting to see the votes for the cover of my new book, The Tick Slayer. The results are just what I predicted…all over the place! The voting is still going on here:

www.TheTickSlayer.com/vote

Here are a few comments I have gotten and my answers:

Comment: book cover 9 shows you racing away and leaving the meds and disease behind. Illustrates the fact that 1) you’ve beat it and 2) you”re leaving it behind you. The other covers show you still connected to the disease somehow.

Answer: I’m kind of surprised so many people like this cover. I understand that it’s the symbolism behind it that people like. As far as being “connected” to the disease, I’ll always be connected to it. Even though I’ve recovered fully, I will never be able to forget what I went through, just like so many others.

Comment: I voted for number 4 because I think it has the most visual appeal, you look great and it’s a strong picture….looks like you mean business and I think it will attract everyone’s eye, it’s interesting. Picture number 9 was my second choice because the meaning is you’ve overcome it and now leave that IV bag or treatment behind (at least to me) and you are back on the track to normal life and a success! So I like the message number 9 sends. So, they are both good choices for various reasons

Answer: The bag is actually to be colored in a slightly yellowish hue to depict Vitamin C and my shoes are to be turned into a “Lyme” green color. People were confused about the bag because so many people take abx (oral or through IV). I had a number of people say, “I thought you didn’t use IV abx,” and the answer is, “I didn’t.” I did, however, use nutritional IVs and I am a HUGE proponent of the use of them. But, when it comes down to it, if you visit your local bookstore you’ll see competition is fierce and the only way to get my message out there about Lyme and what I had to do to get over it, is to STICK OUT. The cover has to be as provoking as possible. Even though the book is geared towards those who have Lyme disease, it’s actually a great read (filled with HOW-TO information) for anyone who has an autoimmune disorder. So I have to get the attention of not only the Lyme folks, but everyone else (the general population). It helps further the cause this way.

Even though inside my book there is clear message of what I did and how I did it, I think it might be good to have some confusion at first glance, because after all, there seems to be a lot of confusion on what to do about Lyme disease! That was the entire point of writing the book in the first place, but the second reason is to educate people on options and get people to understand the possibilities. Far too many people think there’s no hope. It’s a horrible state of mind to be in and it’s easy to slip into that when you don’t feel well. It’s a VERY POSITIVE book.

If you haven’t voted yet, go now: Vote on the cover!

(*Get your friends to vote, forward them this email.)

Japanese Nuke Fallout- Things To Do At Home

I should probably begin this header with: TOUCHDOWN!……I’m not sure why the problem isn’t being reported more, but if you take a look at this link, there is a man describing what you can already see on weather websites, which is the material from the fallout blowing over the U.S. You can see it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oIzaBq5AGFU

The reason why I think it’s unreported is because the same reason why our own government is spraying particulates into the atmosphere and still leaving people guessing at what they are actually doing. So there is continued speculation about it, but the point is that if these so called “chemtrails” are supposedly slowly poisoning us, who cares about a little cesium. That’s probably their take on it.

If you are one of the people who believe by observation and current laws, that there is an overall assault on the health of most people everywhere, by people who think our world is overpopulated, you can understand that a moderate amounts of cesium high up in the atmosphere doesn’t really matter.

I personally believe in the opposite and as far as my stance on overpopulation, I think we should work hard to keep everyone SUPER healthy so we can start sending people to live in space and venture OUT for the survival of the human race if we screw up on earth. That is again left to debate, for humans MAY exist on other “earths” in the cosmos (Yes, this is actually very possible.).

The problem is that there are fallout issues with our health. Right now, nobody knows the damage the Japanese nuke plants will cause to their own people, not to mention other people in the world. There is a reason why people are buying Potassium Iodine and it’s selling out in places. There are plenty of people who have lived through these disasters who know how bad it really is (especially Europeans- think Chernobyl ).

I live in Colorado (which is not the hardest hit area thus far), but I can tell you that I have had a headache all week (and have spoken to many others who have had headaches as well). And while this could be for a number of reasons, I can also say that I only get headaches these days if I’m not hydrated (because I’m at altitude training). Staying hydrated has not made the headaches go away. I’m hoping this goes away.

Some indicators of being exposed to moderate levels of CESIUM 137 are: headaches, flu like symptoms, nausea, and even vomiting. Some people who are already sick may already be having these symptoms due to their previous conditions, but people like me, really shouldn’t be suffering from unexplained headaches. So I have my suspicions from where it’s coming from.

Anyway, my two cents (two sense) is this, it’s not going to kill you if you live in the U.S., however, if you’re sick (and this newsletter is for people who are fighting illnesses), there could be some negative effects. Things to do:

Don’t go out when it rains or snows (because that precip will be contaminated).

Keep your pets inside when it rains or snows, even then just be aware that radioactive material STAYS in the ground.

Make sure your iodine levels are solid.

Take potassium

Take specific nutrients which allow your body to cope and detox such harmful particulates

High Quality Aloe (ALOE, ALOE, ALOE)- the good stuff.

Kelp

Chorella *don’t take if you have amalgam fillings

Wheat grass(plant a few pots inside)- good for you, good for your pets and easy to grow. Just buy winter wheat berries in bulk (at most local health food stores), put the seeds you plan to plant in a jar filled with warm water and let it sit on the counter until you see them sprout a little, now plant these seeds in a shallow pot by just slightly pressing them into the soil, and make sure you water it daily! It’s hard to mess this up.

Wear counter frequencies on your body that nullify the effects of such environmental toxins – Yes, frequencies do this. The geomagnetic cards I’ve written about, now carry the frequencies that do and they are also good to wear daily due to the “chemtrail” issue. Chemtrails are supposed to be predominantly nano particles of aluminum, barium, etc. Spraying is thought to increase the intensity of electromagnetic smog. What this means is that on a cellular level, it has no good HEALTH inducing effects. It’s the opposite and obviously this can be a very lengthy topic of conversation.

Just to let everyone know, I do everything above except eating Kelp. I’ve just been lazy going to the store to get some.

My old and very moody stray, Charlie(saurus), loves his wheatgrass!

Be Informed About Radiation Pollution:

If you can fight it successfully and “put out the fire” a little, it gives your immune system a rest and allows it to focus on the Lyme bacteria itself.

I’m plugging away at my book about my Lyme Disease journey, through treatments, healing and personal discovery. I’m 250 pages into it and now I’m adding in all missing segments, because I did so much. In fact, I did so much I had to go back and look at my progression through certain treatments so that I could write about it. What’s more interesting is that I haven’t had writer’s block at all…..It’s like I’ve been really wanting to get this off my chest for some time now.

Treating Inflammation With A SUPER Natural Remedy

Today I wrote about dealing with inflammation. Just about everyone with Lyme Disease or a co-infection has this problem. Inflammation can be triggered by a number of things and since Lyme Disease is a disease of opportunity, those people who had a brewing inflammation problem, coupled with Lyme Disease are probably hurting really badly, because Lyme Disease compounds any prior health issue. The inflammation from Lyme Disease is caused by bacterial lipoproteins (BLPs) and it triggers autoimmunity (in which your own immune system gets revved up and sometimes attacks itself.)

If that weren’t bad enough, I strongly believe many people have serious gut health issues, especially those with Lyme Disease. I’ll cover more in a future newsletter, but for now, know that your gut may be inhabited by pathogens, other than Lyme Disease bacteria. These pathogens can also cause inflammation, and inflammation can travel around in the body, spreading like a disease.

Inflammation is one of the things that you MUST get under control and those who master this have a good chance of recovering fully, so it’s very important to fight back the inflammation.

One of the best inflammation fighters I used during my Lyme Disease fight, was aloe. It sounds so simple and yet it’s so effective. When I had Lyme Disease I had terrible inflammation down my spin and around my neck. My skin along my shoulders and down my back was constantly itchy and tingling. This was a sure sign of having an overload of inflammation! I wanted to give you a heads up on is Aloe, simply because it’s one of the best ways to fight inflammation.

If you can fight it successfully and “put out the fire” a little, it gives your immune system a rest and allows it to focus on the Lyme bacteria itself.

Some people, who haven’t had luck with aloe, do so for two reasons. One, they buy the diluted stuff from the catalogs or stores and Two, they don’t try it long enough. It most definitely has a build up effect, although I’ve heard people who have taken it and ad results immediately.

Aloe is a natural inflammation killer. It has a cooling effect and taken nternally it provides not only anti-inflammatory but also contains assive amounts of nutrients. Aloe is rich in itamins, Minerals, Enzymes, Amino Acids, Glycoproteins and Growth actors believed to act synergistically to impart Aloe’s powerful benefits.

It has been shown to stimulate the immune system, perhaps because of aloe vera’s ability to nourish individual cells and to facilitate the cell’s waste removal (which is a BIG deal for people who have neurotoxins from die-off of the Lyme bacteria.)

One of its most important nutritional components of aloe juice, the Polysaccharide, has been shown to have anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and even anti-parasitic properties. This means it makes the Lyme Disease quite miserable inside your body.

Many people take aloe because of issues with their gut as it gives them great relief, but I’m here to say that I think it’s a must do for people with Lyme Disease! People with Lyme Disease have so many health issues, it’s pretty awesome to come across a product which can battle the disease and the by products of the disease on multiple fronts.

I could write about aloe all day, but I think you get the point. Back in 2003, before I knew I had Lyme Disease, I was racing and getting ready for the 2004 Olympics and was introduced to this aloe: http://www.healthtoheart.com/aloe-vera-juice.htm

It may have been one of those things that helped me perform on such a high level, while being sick! Then in 2006 I started taking it again because I realized how much I needed it. I’ve been on it every since that time and continue with it just for maintenance.

The aloe here is a super concentrated form and made by some people in Colorado who have been in the aloe business for a VERY LONG TIME. In fact, their aloe is so damn good the FDA tried to shut them down because their aloe cream was being used in hospitals and it was working “miracles” on burn victims. (For those who want their cream or a list of their other products, please email: arden@beatlyme.com)

So the FDA had to find something wrong with them and because they had used the names of diseases on their website, they shut them down. And to be certified as ‘FDA approved’ it costs BIG BUCKS. So I’m telling you this just so you’ll know how great this product is.

The Aloe Oil is the only supplement I know of that contains the concentrated oil from an aloe plant. For people who have serious joint problems from the inflammation, put this on your goodie list. It can be used to repair damaged tissues also. http://www.healthtoheart.com/aloe-oil.htm
