Wellness with Water- A MUST READ
Just recently I had a Tick Slayer write me and tell me about feeling better by drinking better water and she mentioned how she can finally drink the appropriate amount of water without having to urinate all the time.
Well having to urinate a lot when you have Lyme is understandable.
You pee it out, pooh it out, sweat it out or breath it out (toxins that is).
When your body is under siege you WILL pee a lot and that’s not a bad thing. Your body has to get rid of this waste. I remember thinking I had bladder problems as I had to pee 4-6 times at night during my ordeal. I was irritated by not being able to sleep at night soundly. But this eventually passed. Now that I’m in the middle of my entire internal cleanse ( I do once a year), I am peeing at night again, because apparently I’m getting rid of some waste (once again). This is not Lyme related however, this is just the annual build up of toxins I work on releasing once a year.
The other reason why someone would have to pee all the time is simply the type of water. All water IS NOT THE SAME. Yet, it’s absolutely essential to drink plenty of good, clean, natural water.
The debate on what is considered the best water continues to go on. The truth is the best water is probably up in the Himalayan mountains from glaciers as old as time itself, holding minerals and nutrients …and the molecules are structured the way God intended.
Okay, but that’s not a likely possibility for any of us. So what DO we Do?
Well to get “fancy” water is expensive and it pretty much sucks to have to go buy water all the time.
The cleanest water you can get is probably by having your TAP water tested and placing the correct filters on your entire house (because after all it’s not just what you consume, but what you bath in as well because your body will absorb loads of unfit water when taking a shower or bathing)! Stop adding to the toxic soup you’re making inside of yourself!
I think reverse osmosis is probably the best way to remove most of the pollution that plagues most tap water. Distilled water has all the good stuff removed as well as the bad. So while it’s clean, it’s missing what real water has. I would not drink loads of distilled water.
Now if you live by a natural spring, then you have it made!
But the option for filtering for most people is distilled or reverse osmosis (RO for short).
Forget the carbon filter crap. You will need more than just a charcoal filter. So don’t even think about getting a Brita Filter Pitcher. While it’s better than nothing, you’ll need more.
The Structure of Good Water and WHY It’s Important To You!
Now the second thing to think about, after cleanliness, is the actual structure of water. If you’re peeing a lot from drinking loads of water, it is most likely the structure of the water (it’s structure is too large for the body to absorb).
Every bit of water that comes from the tap and most sources is polluted and the imprint (frequency) of pollution changes the structure of the molecule and this water has damaging frequencies. Remember every molecule on earth is vibrating at a certain frequency. I even wrote about this in my book (www.TheTickSlayer.com) where I talk a little about different researchers believing that illness is basically a battle of frequencies and the research is pretty awesome.
There are loads of gadgets that “microcluster” the water, oxygenate the water (the cheapest is ozone and I LOVE IT), and “charge” the water, or make the water “alkaline.” This is all good, but these gadgets are super expensive, require electricity, and are kind of a pain to use.
So my solution is easy for this WATER issue!
1)You put an RO unit (I like this one) on your entire house. That way the only thing you have to do is change the filters periodically.
2) The next is to put a block of metal that has been “charged” with a frequency that microclusters the water at the same time annulling harmful frequencies in the water. Because even though an RO unit cleans the water, the imprint of the frequency is still there and is damaging. Adding the block solves the final problem.
This is a pretty good set up because it’s cheap and it does the entire house. I’ve been looking into a solution for a long time, but I think this is best and is what I’m currently preparing to do. I’ve been researching this for a long time and the water debate goes on and on (and is still confusing) so I had to figure it out myself.
The block is literally a block of metal and metal because of its density is a GREAT material to “charge.” The technology to charge different objects with different frequencies is out there. I’m dabbling in it and have been testing charged objects on myself (actually I was introduced to it 5 years a go) and it works.
This block of metal can be taped (yep that’s it) to the pipe coming into your house. The charge on the block charges the pipe and therefore charges the water coming into the pipe. That’s how frequency works. I believe in the future this will be a huge part of our medicine and how we treat people. Probably some futuristic society, but don’t think frequency isn’t being used today for all kinds of things, because it is! You just don’t know about it.
I’ll be talking about using frequency cards in the near future and how you can rub your pain away with them, as well as other uses.
**Hey, if you didn’t already know I wore a frequency necklace during my first triathlon (which I hardly trained for, was under prepared for, drank 8 beers (the night before) and didn’t sleep at all the night before) and came in an “easy” 3rd place in this huge competition. I can’t tell you how “chilled” I really was. Read about it here. This means you’re going to be seeing me running with these gadgets on this coming track and field season.
For now, if you don’t have an RO unit yet, you can at least get the block to cluster the water and annul the negative frequencies in your water.

The fact remains your body is about 60-70% water. You need to drink up. Probably the easiest way to do this is to carry a full gallon of water with you and to make it your goal to finish it everyday (this is what I do). Then you’ll be getting the minimum.
Also keep in my mind your electrolytes need to be balanced as well (read about the importance here) or read about my Beat Lyme newsletter covering this issue! Water dilutes your body’s electrolytes, but if you have your electrolytes balanced, then you can drink away and you’ll get the full benefits of getting the optimum amount of water daily.

**As a travel water solution- I’m working on a solution since I travel a lot and lots of bottle water is actually contaminated worse than regular tap water.
Reordering My Essentials Today
I’ve just reorder today minerals, vitamins and a green electrolyte kit. Since I’ve started to train I’ve been using up these essentials even more so…items that weren’t smelling so good before, now smell like cupcakes. Especially the Ammonium Chloride, which makes sense (I had to just reorder 3 bottles of this). Anytime where you’re putting a physical demand on your body (especially over the years), Ammonium Chloride becomes more and more of an absolute essential to that person. But even if you’re not working out hard, anytime there is stress in your life or if you have illness, your body will need even more support with the essentials to keep up homeostasis. There are many doctors who believe that every illness can be traced back to a vitamin or mineral deficiency. And since I’ve been using my kit for well over a year now, I find myself more and more supporting that theory.
Chewing Your Supplements
If you haven’t heard about this, I’ll tell you now. My grandfather (the retired physician) always gets on my case about eating too fast. He has a good point. It’s true your organs can last for a really long time (at least 120 years) and by slowly eating your food you’re helping all of your organs associated with digestion out (think of it as putting less wear and tear on them). Your digestion begins when you start chewing your food as your saliva starts breaking down your food, but also your brain reacts to everything you eat. By slowing down and really tasting your food, you not only put less wear on your organs, but your brain is acknowledging the nutrients in the food.
Well by tasting your supplements you’re doing the same thing. To get the most out of your supplements start tasting them. Kinesiologist (they study how your body reacts to certain substances and sometimes by testing an individual, they’ll put a supplement in your mouth, lightly placed on your tongue to see how well you respond) always tell their clients to chew their supplements.
If a supplement tastes funny, you don’t have to chew it up (but the best way is to chew it up), you can simply place it on your tongue. Sometimes if a supplement in my smell kit smells really good, I will place that supplement on my tongue and leave it there until it dissolves!
Before runs if I need Ammonium Chloride, I’ll put that on my tongue while I get ready to workout.
And another thing to think about: Everyone’s worried about Lyme in the brain and that can’t be cured. Sure some antibiotics cross the blood brain barrier…but so do nutrients. The right nutrients in the right balance is everyone’s FIRST defense against all types of diseases.
Everyday you’re missing the essentials and not getting the right balance, is a day you’re accelerating your own death.
*Sorry for the delay in this newsletter. As most of you know, I send a newsletter once a week (usually on Tuesday or Wednesday). The last two weeks have been difficult and I apologize for any delay. My mother’s mom has been sick with colon cancer and she is going to pass away today or tomorrow. We’ve been prepared for this for a while, but I’ve really been struggling to pay attention to everyone’s needs (which means ignore any spelling errors in this newsletter also). No need for anyone to send condolences, this is life. She’s 93 and is actually making her own decisions to pass away now, at home, in her own house, in her own bed. She’s “checking out” (as she describes it) as I’m “checking back in.” I hope to be as lucky.
